Yes, I'm changing the subject. Getting milk from the udder of a dead cow is merely gross, while creating cheese from live humans may also raise some ethical questions (as well as some culinary ones, but let's just imagine cheese is made from live humans).
How about if cheddar, jack, feta, and gorgonzola are made from live humans; but swiss, provolone, brie, and gouda are made from dead cows.
